Tv is showing with water mark

Sounds like what you got here is what they call "burn in" this happens when a tv is paused on one action for long periods of time.

This is called picture burn in. It is common in plasma sets unfortunately. Using video games and dvd players causes screen burn in more than anything else. It is a permanent image that is burnt in the screen because that image is on the screen so much.
