G shock casio watch
Press Adjust and hold until blinking city appears.
Press Mode until DST appears flashing.
Press Recieve until mode that you want appears ON OFF AUTO
Press Adjust until not blinking city code.

I had the same problem following recent daylight savings time (DST) change. The watch has three DST mode settings (ON, OFF, and AUTO). You get to the setting mode by pressing and holding the "adjust' button until the city time zone indicator starts to flash. Then press the "mode" button. This should give you the DST setting. Now press the "receive" button to cycle through the ON, OFF, and AUTO modes for DST. I set it for AUTO. I then existed the setting mode by pressing "adjust" again.
Now you can initiate a manual update of the time by pressing and holding the receive button. Put your watch by a window and make sure the signal strength indication is showing level 4 (full picture of satellite dish on my version). Give it a few minutes to down load new time.
After doing this the watch corrected itself and now shows correct time. Other wise I assume you could set the DST function to ON or OFF as well depending on whether you need to add or subtract the hour from the time.

My GW 300 works good. I moved to Newfoundland. I can't set time for Newfoundland because such time zone do not exists on the GW 300. Can any one help me with this problem. Newfoundland time zone is + 1.30 hours of eastern time. - 3.30 hours of London time.

hello i just wanna say that i tryed forever to change my g-shock 6900 back to 12 hours instead of 24 hrs , and i finally done it and OMG it was so simple , i laughted at all the times i got fed up trying to set it and then it was so easy to switch back to 12 hour time , first hit theadjust button then when any number is flashing ( to be set) hit the Illuminator -or- the button that makes it light up and bamb ur done , so simple , again act like ur gonna set the time and when a number is blinking , hit the light button , hope this help someone ! thanks
