I can't get the time to set. If I set it at 8:30 and go off and come back it is
still 8;30. I have no manual so don't know what to do. I have misplaced the manual. The clock/radio is about 4 months old. The radio has never
been played. I liked it because the numbers are big and I can see them
without my glasses. Can you please help me? Thanks.

You cannot set the time. It is automatic. Make sure both alarms are off, then unplug the power. Set the switches on the left hand back side, then plug the power in and wait. The time should start up and correct itself within two minutes. Works for me. Good luck, Rattler
I am sorry, it did not work. I unplug the clock, set the dst to on , Eastern Time and the clocks keep flashing 12:00 am. What do you suppose I am doing wrong?

On the back of the clock - left hand side if you've laid it down on it's face - is a row of switches. You need to start the time set-up with the clock having been unplugged so there's no time set in the . Now, to those switches: The first (from the left) is DST = Daylight Savings Time - right now you'de set this to "ON." The second switch is Time Zone: PST, MST, CST, EST (Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern). Set the switch to the time zone you are in. The third is just the brightness.
Now, to set the time itself: 1 - Turn the clock face back up to where you can see it. 2 - LOOK AT THE CLOCK - LOL! This is an atomically set clock - you shouldn't need to set the time. The atomic clock bounces off of satellites all around the world. There is literally little to no "dead zones" for the clock, so you should never have to set your clock - just set it up like I state at the beginning.

Hello
Before going to set the timer, you have to set the current time. Set it according to the manual with you. If the timer function work properly, there must be an uninerrupted power supply also. If the power goes off, the set time will also get resetted, and improper function will occur.
After setting the present time, set the "on" time and "Off" time. The TV will switch on at that time you set, and will switch off automatically after the end time. OK.
These are the steps on how to program your Universal Remote Control to your device even without the list of code.
1. Manually turn ON your device. 2. Press and "HOLD" CODE SEARCH 3. Press and release the device button you want to set up 4. Release CODE SEARCH. 5. Press OFF/ON repeatedly until the device turns off (you may have to press up to 100 times at a rate of once per second). 6. Once the device turns off, press and release ENTER. 7. With the device on, press any other button. If the device responds, no further programming is required. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 1-6.

I dont know what deck you have but you can try this. Turn off the deck by holding the source butten then hold the function butten you will be able to turn on and off the warn for the alarm along with the clock.
okay, unplug your internet modem for 15 min, keep the connection to the PS3, of course. do automatic settings, not manual, select easy but DO NOT GO FURTHER until you plug in your internet. Let it cycle, the modem may shut down. if/when it does, turn it on and continue. The PS3 should automatically find everything by itself. Confirm then test the settings.
