Hi,
Depending on what OS Operating System you have the instructions will vary. I will now give you the way to add your printer to Windows.
Before we start I will tell you if you're maxing out your resources it is very difficult to add a printer without taking another off.
That said. -
1- remove all other printers if there are any
2- if there is any software with the new printer put the disk in and run that program. -
3- if you do not have a disk with your unit and your getting the message there is no driver - google the brand and model of printer and add the word driver - then select to find the driver on the suggested website and down load to your desktop. If you never did this - write down the name of the file you are downloading then SEARCH for the file name you write down.
4 open the file and run that program to add the driver to your pc.
5 - plug in the printer and turn it on.
6- click on START -look for settings - then click ADD PRINTER or PRINTERS - open this and click add printer.
Number 6 will vary depending on how you have you pc set up to show your programs and things - so if you can't seem to make that work just search ADD PRINTER and that should do it - if not - go to HELP and then search add printer.
