After installing and removing a software, my phone has suddenly slowed down and sometimes it gets locked. even my contact list is empty. i had installed the softwares on the memery card. i must remove the battery to get it working

Sounds like its borked.
Have you pressed the reset button on the back - pinhole - press it with a pin its a long shot.

The real fix is to go into recovery mode using the power button volume up combo. Then select the restore tablet option.

If none of that works you will have to sideload or reinstall using an sdcard a replacement OS - Try cyanogenmod - your tablet will have to be rooted and have the cm bootloader installed however - tablets are not easy things to repair when the software goes belly up.

phone hanging is caused by many reasons... it is due to any system file error or many softwares,games are installed and removing .... this creates many registry inside the system files which is sometimes not deleted even after removing the program.... In this case u have to do a hard reset to ur mobile.. it will make ur mobile as new as when you bought it...it will fix all the errors on the mobile like hanging, slowing down problem and it will not damage ur phone....... for doing so u have to enter *#7370# ... it will ask for a pin code that is by default 12345...
Caution:-- It will remove ur all contacts, messages,, everything installed on your phone.. So make a backup before doing this..

There are a couple of things that might work. First, has the lock switch been accidentally bumped to lock. Second, try to power it down and remove the battery for about 10 seconds. Turn it on and see if that fixed it. It may have just locked up like computers do sometimes and even phones do too. A simple restart usually works.

Enable memory cleaning by going to Settings >> Options >> Security >> Memory Cleaning

Also remove all applications you have installed since you bought it, one application may be causing the issue.

Remove any custom themes you have dowloaded, these will always tend to slow the OS down, genuine blackberry themes work the best.

You could also try wiping the phone and re-activating. If you do not have your own Blackberry server, then contact the phone company and they can do this remotely.

The most common reason for slow processing speed is insufficient RAM memory.

Increase the RAM, if RAM available is no more than 512MB, then it must be upgraded.

Check also your hard drive state. If you have less than 1GB free, that will slow down the system. Go to Start>>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defregmenter and do a Defrag of the hard disk.

If you have at least 1 GB RAM, and you took care of the hard drive, then you can check the process starting up on their own and remove the useless one, or spot mala-ware that can affect speed. You can use a software like Hijack This, and search on google te function of each process started on the list reported by the software.

Be careful if you delete the wrong files using this software you can harm the system, and Windows may not work properly.

If you think you have malaware you can also install Spy Bot, and do a system scan. Download Spybot from The home of Spybot.

If all the above does not work, and there is no malaware, then you usually reinstall the system.

Check also the bios settings, BIOS can downgrade the CPU speed on default , even if this is uncommon on recent BIOS.

If a computer is still slow with a fresh system and enough resources then it is one of those rare occasions when you have an hardware fault.
Hardware that can cause slow down is: RAM CPU Motherboard HD Video card.

Some tips on procedure can damage your windows installation. Do not download Hijackthis software and do not change BIOS settings and do not touch hardware unless you are sure of what you are doing.

please re install the recovery software.

First backup all of your data...After that format your handset...
For format goto Start -> Settings-> System-> Click Clear Storage ...I hope your problem will solve
