Even the new number you provided does not cross. Could your saw be a PM3216, model 11-600032-33? That does cross here:

Typical fuel system and a couple of tips here (If this is indeed a MTD McCulloch I suggest a ton of photos):

The IPL (exploded parts list) for your saw is the only detail for fuel line routing and it is sketchy at best; components are listed but may be on different illustrations.

When the saw is equipped with a primer bulb, an output line from the carburetor connects to the suction side of the primer (once the bulb is collapsed it draws fuel from the tank through the carburetor to refill as it inflates).
The pressure side of the primer returns displaced fuel to the tank as it is depressed.
To get your manual for your McCulloch chain saw, you need to call 1-800-521-8559, ask for parts, than ask for a PDF user manual,you will need the model number of the saw..

Absolutely zero of the numbers provided leads to anything except this FixYa question. Power Mac 32?? No model 600035-33 with any prefix. No McCulloch parts 46704-59.
