I believe that all you do is do 0000

Moto site is a bit difficult to navigate, but manual is on there...

I still can't seem to get the audio tones under control though
(ring tone for 5 seconds of call and at random other times)

yeh if u have an h350 the manual says u should turn it off and then hold down the call button and one of the buttons on either the top or the bottom whichever you would like to be the button to turn the volume up and the light should blink a few times after you hold them. Try calling someone after it should work fine.
