I wrote to KLH and they sent me the schematics for the upper and lower boards. I asked if I could share them, and they gave me permission to post them for use here.

Thanks for the schematics. I am trying to figure out why the LED in the back won't power on (red or green.) I've cracked open the case and checked the fuses visible on the boards and they are ok. Any ideas?
If you're up for it, the next step would be to start testing voltages on the board when it's plugged in. The transformer input should be line voltage (115VAC) and the output should be 28.5VAC.
If you aren't experienced working with line voltages (plenty of power to kill you) then you should not try to troubleshoot this one any futher.
None of these fit the velodyne sub.
The schematic is wrong, missing the complete third pcb that is housed in the aluminum case, with 16 pins connected to the main power board.
