I dare say that means you have run out of black ink, B = black, CRT = cartridge

New crt

Hi there. This message on a Canon fax means that the ink is low. CRT stands for cartridge. Replace the FINE cartridge, as ink is low.

Received in Memory issue

=) SOLUTION!!! To print from memory, simply press the "FAX button on the front panel.
Then, press the "MENU" button. "1. Fax Settings" will appear in the display. Press the
"right" arrow key once so that you get "Memory Reference" to appear on the screen.
Press the "OK" button once. It will display "Print List", but you want to "Print Document",
so press the "right" arrow key until you get to "Print Document" and press "OK."
Once you are there, press "OK" again and the message "Print 1st page only?" It displays a YES and NO, so hit the left or right arrow key to choose. If you want to print the entire document,
choose NO and press "OK" Your document will print out!!! =)
