Dude make sure if the jumper pin is set properly
as i think your MObo is sata 1 support and all new generation Hdd are sata2 support so u have to set the jumper pin. the setting are different fro different Hdd so check the producers website.

Hello
Take out the memory sticks.Unplug pc first. Then Clear c mos. Put memory sticks back in one at a time.

Reboot on each stick.May be a bad memory stick.

Not a major whizz with Pcs, but first make sure you have the correct jumper setting on your drive and make sure the SATA ports are enabled in the bios.
