To erase the monitor's memory, press and hold the "M" button until the letters "CL" appear on the screen. Release and press the "M" button again. The monitor will beep twice, indicating that the memory is now empty.

I have lost my manual for life fitness model 3mq1-lf where i can find one online?

This is manual is for the Life Fitness unit that you have (I have the same one) but the images in the manual don't have the Life Fitness branding on them. The unit was made for Life Fitness by Microlife USA.

Readings vary widely withing 5 mins. when repeated

You should not recheck BP until at least 15 minutes after the first check because it will always get higher on reading even with a manual BP machine. As a retired nurse I have both an automatic HoMedics which I I lost the manual for and a old type arm BP cuff. My automatic is pretty close to the other cuff in readings so I know it is close. Try waiting for a while before you recheck and not talk or move around when you take it.

Irratic BP readings

Try 5 to 10 minutes between readings, all at the same conditions: seated on chair, lean back, feet on ground.....
