The time has to be changed in the programming interface of the phone system itself. You cannot change the time from any set other than a 4150 or a super console 1000. These sets can only be used to change the time on a mitel sx200 or icp. This does not work on the 3300.
Your Mitel telephone gets it's time from the system, not from within the phone. The system admin or vendor will need to log into the system to make the time adjustment. Most school districts that I have dealt with have an IT staff that has the ability to log into the phone system to make changes to things like names, extension numbers, reset mailboxes, and time change to list a few. I am sorry that I really can't help resolve this without redirect to them.
You will need to contact your Vendor to have them change it. The time is for the entire phone system, not just an individual telephone. Most sites I work with, have a site admin that can set the time. If they can't someone should contact the supporting vendor.
You need to log in on the main phone ,mitelsuperset4150 and 4025 phone help... or if the 4150 is a sub att. you go through the softkeys.you should see the sub menus ,you should also insist on training as it is a pre-requisite nowadays Best regards John

You will need access to the phone system to accomplish this task; the change needs to be done in the “Telephone Directory form” typically this is done by the system administrator.
You will need the Mitel system programmer to change the Class Of Service of your set, this will change the number of rings before it goes to Voicemail.
Unfortunately, unless you know how to get into the system or have an administrator onsite that has rights to the Mitel system, a Mitel Specialist will be required to make this change.
You cannot change models like that without changing the configuration for that extension in the phone switch. If it's configured as a SS4015, then you can plug any other SS4015 into the jack. If you want to change it to a SS4025, then you need to reconfigure the extension in the switch.
