I would suspect you have a lubrication (or more specifically lack of lubrication) problem. When the gripper arm is over the carrier, pick it up a couple of inches (as it moves to pickup a CD) and drop it. It should snap right back down. If it doesn't, it will not properly pickup and return CDs. You may be able to lubricate it to get it working again. For further information, you may email me, [email protected].

Gripper motor should be on. Otherwise it won't pick up the cd.

I have a 1015 Wurlitzer 1015 Jukebox 100 CD player. The problem just started in that the carriage picks up the cd, swings it over to the turntable, won't release the cd, returns it back to the carriage and...

Switch K7. It clicks and stops the motor when the gripper puts the CD back. Either the bracket which clicks it has come loose or the switch doesn't work anymore. (and it's a PIG to change!) K7 is labelled and is the far side of the gripper gears.

I have a 1965 rock-ola starlet jukebox and it will not reject, gripper and record about one eight inch above turntable [email protected]

It won't reject because it needs to have the gripper arm complete the motion before the microswitches on the cam are in the right position.
It has either seized up or blown a fuse or both.

WURLITZER OMT CD 100 D picking problem

Hello J.P.,

You need to get the manual for this jukebox.
You have to however confirm what the manufacturer and the model number of this is. The One More Time was made by the following manufacturers:-
Wurlizer, Rowe Ami, Rock Ola, Antique Apperatus and Sound Leisure.
Look for a serial plate on the back of the jukebox in order to get any information.
You can get manuals in the USA from www.victoryglass.com

Hello, I have a problem with WURLITZER 1015 OMT CD 100D. The arm go to pick up the CD, but returns in the same time as it lock the cd in the gripper.Result is the CD is supported on two points instead of 3...

The carousel is locked in position by the latch at the front (about 6 oclock). If the gripper isn't exactly in line with the cd then you need to adjust the latch a bit.

Missing CD player of Wurlitzer CD Jukebox model New York,NY 1993

Hello,

All of the one more time jukeboxes used the Phillips CD player, they started with the CDM3 then the CDM4 and CDM12 etc.
Around 1993 it would have been the CDM3/4.
You need to identify which Decoder it is using in the jukebox or you need a kit that replaces the CD player and Decoder.

I have a Wulitzer One more time Cd Jukebox blinking no. 8

The white bracket which clicks K7 switch has come loose. Look on the far side of the bottom of the gripper gears. It is supposed to click the switch when the gripper is over the carousel....and isn't.
