Check in tub, plastic ring at top, not the bright white top one but the off-white one underneath. gap between rings should be even all way around. push down on it, if it seems to click into place then it has come unhooked, rubbed against the upper ring, worn a hole in itself and filled with water. Do you get little granules of plastic in the clothes? Machine will not balance like that even empty. Replace the ring (pain in the...)

What is the fix if machine gets out of balance re calibrate some times works and re arrange clothes but continues to get out of balance?

I was going to ask you to tell the year, make, and model of machine, but will try to give you a better answer instead.
If you will look underneath the machine, you may very well find a part is broken, a screw is missing, or some such situation.
When the "out-of-balance " will not stop, you most likely are experiencing a broken part that holds the machine together.
In particular, some machines have 3 "legs" to support the drum that holds the water.
I think maybe one of the legs is loose or detached.
God bless your efforts.

The balancer is bad, or it has come loose. There is a little metal wedge piece called a woodruff key that holds the balancer in place, and then the crankshaft center bolt keeps the balancer on tight.
There should be no wobble or movement at all of the harmonic balancer. Take it off, it may still be alright, but find out why the pulley moves on the crankshaft. Maybe the key is missing. This should not be an expensive repair-it's not a problem with the motor, just that balancer pulley.

Front end shakes, more so at curtain speeds.

Most likely, you have a tire out of balance. This can occur slowly over time, or if a wheel weight gets thrown off (happens more than you might think). It's also possible you have a knot, cupping, or other irregular wear on one or both front tires. The best ting to do would be to take the truck to a tire shop and have the tires balanced and rotated. If you still have a shake in the front end, you may have a faulty suspension component. But the chances are very good that it's just an out of balance tire. Cheers.

Ferrari 328gts gets 100 km/h and experiences whole car shudder which goes when I decelerate. Have balanced the wheels have not done an alignment have not checked drivetrain. Any ideas?

Several things to check are wheel bearings and brake rotors. The rotors can have weights welded to them. Sometimes they rust off. Some manufactuers recommend spin balancing on the car.

When you spin balance on the car, you will balance the rotors at the same time. Two things to remember, mount the wheels exactly to the same stud if you take off the wheels for any reason and if you rotate the tires you will have to respin the wheels.

Having starting problems car will not start turns over but not fire seems like fuel or plugs started then just died couldn't get started agian any sugestions

I have a 03 pontiac sunfire that jump time. It also bent the intake valves on the head. I got the head repaired and got a new timing chain. According to the vehicle manuel repair book I am to align the intake balance shaft and the exhaust balance shaft with the crankshaft as well as the crankshaft to the cam intake and exhaust sprokets. This has all been done. I even did the tensioners on both cam and balance shafts according to the book. When I go to start it it jumps time. So I do it all again but this time I crank the crankshaft using a socket wrench and as it turns I see it starting to bind and then it gets loose on the right side where the intake valves are but I do not see where or what could be causing this. The chain just gets loose on one side ( Not tensioner side). I am confused please help.
