your system does not support the dual ddr ram unless you have a add-on VGA card

The problem probably is you mixing fsb speed, all the cards should
be pc3200 or all of them should be pc2700.

you could check the timings in the bios for your memory. if they match. you could at least try to set it to 133 and set it to manual and not by speed. give it a try.

Try swapping the power supply and as Nitro says also check the cable and connector from the power switch to the mainboard.

Have you tried the 1gb in the motherboard on its own but in different slots. i.e try slot 1 then slot 2 then slot 3 and see if you still get beeps.
