A ups mosfet ckt one mosfet burnt out og 16 can i replace only one

Check it by using your hazard lights. If they flash, the relay is OK and you have a woring issue.

Replace the main power regulator board. It cannot be repaired.

the op amp for the protection circuit is likely bad. i do not have a schematic for this amp so i can't help there but if you can locate it and replace it this will most likely fix this issue.

The resistors are probably burnt because of the audio mosfet transistors going out. you will have to test them with a meter. don't just replace the resistors, they will burn up again and maybe cause more damdage

This monitor has common problem with caps went bad and it will take out the fure and MOSFET in the inverter circuit. Do you know which resistor is burnt out? I usually only have to replace the caps, MOSFET, and the fuse.

You need to pull the front grill cover/panel off the front of the tv. Remove screws (4) from back that hold it on, also 2 small ones behind front video input door. Then remove access panel. The ckt board closest to you is the convergence amplifier board. You should replace both amplifiers (stk392-110 or 120) and any burnt/open resistors you find near the amps.(use the same value resistors as the corresponding resistors in the blue amp ckt)

hafler use international rectifier hexfets. there is alot of confusion what constitutes a mosfet amplifier.
if the outputs are mosfets instead of bipolar transistors, it is a mosfet amp.
some designs are using mosfets to drive the switch mode power supply,but use bipolar output transistors.that is not a true mosfet amp.
you need to go to an electronic supplier for the repair industry.
or the manufacturers warranty depot,who will be able to order them.mosfets are very high current devices,you have to ask ...why did they fail. if they are the switch mode drivers,there is bad capacitors in that circuit

Better to have the motherboard replace, do not wait until some other components might be also damage. Commonly mosfet is use in power supplies regulator. It can kill your processor and memory.

And also check your power supply. It might also having problems.

This unit had a RED CHARGE error. Replaced PQ38 solved the problem.

If you get an error on the charge circuit after replacing the PQ38 you should also replace PQ38 because it too may be blown. Make sure Pin 1 where the dots. Also check the MOSFET on the other side of the COIL too.
