I have an american standard jet tub that i just installed, but i lost the owners manual. i was wondereing if the jet directions needs to be adjusted, and if so, how to do it.

You can adjust the jets by moving the center of the jet around, if the center does not move, it is not adjustable, some jets have a pressure adjustment by twisting the center of the jet left to right. No manual necessary for this.

Not normal for that to happen but the jet faces on the two back jets may be turned off or down.
Try turning the face of the jet clockwise and see if you get more water flow out of each jet.

is this a new install? if so you may need to adjust the air intake. Or if you have kids they may have messed with the settings. If the air is closed all the way off....no bubbles.
