Move your temperature control (slider) down. If it is close to the freezer it does not get the signal that it is warmer.

I have a Hotpoint FF200E fridge/freezer. the freezer seems to be working fine but the fridge is not cold at all. The lights are working etc but the fridge itself doesnt appear to be working. Help!

The freezer seems to be working fine but the refrigerator is not cooling; to the point where even our milk is going bad. The bottom meat/veg bin seems to be cooling fine but not the rest of the fridge.

The fridge is cold but the freezer won't freeze

It has seperate cooling circuits as you describe the problem can be a leak of refrigerant in the freezer circuit.if there is no heating up in the freezer condensing coil.It has to be check for the leakage.

All you have to do is defrost the frige the freezer sometimes will freeze up with ice in the back of freezer where the air flows into frige
