Is there any way to set up a D-Link DI-624 wireless router as a wireless bridge. I want to use it to connect our XBOX360 to the wireless network. I have a D-Link DIR-615, wireless N, as my main router, but want to use the old DI-624 as a bridge device for the XBOX.

Are you looking for the wireless network key or password ? Is there any computer online using the router. If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router. If yes then you can open the router set up page on that computer. router set up page is the page where you can check all the router settings. You will find the wireless network key or password on the set up page of the router.
You want to secure the wireless network. Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable? If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router with the cable. Check the IP address on the computer. Open the router set up page. Once you open the set up page, you will find the option to make it secured

Well, if you run a LAN cable from your existing router to the DI-624 in a remote location you could use it as an AP, but this router does not support repeater of bridge modes.
Which is it? PC cant connect or not able to setup wireless? If the router came with a setup CD, run that from your pc... Make sure you have a crossover Cat5(ethernet) cable connected between the router and a PC just to set it up initially... within the router can enable or disable wireless function... But to really narrow your device down, i need to know the hardware revision number... its on the same label as the MAC address on the outside of your router
Using the terms using the dlink router as bridge you get results of people who claim it can't be done because of firmware. The same question on the D-Link help site mentions DL to DL bridges, but not with the 624.
The DHCP on your router isn't working properly. You should perform a hard reset on the router by finding the reset button on it. Take a pen or other small pointy object find find a tiny hole on the router. Press and hold this for 20-30 seconds. This will reset to factory settings and the password to the router will also be reset to its normal default.
Reconfigure the router as if you had just bought it new and it should work properly this time
This is from a DI-624 Router, and should be very similar to yours:
