1. Which domain email ? (hotmail, gmail or yahoo)
2. Are you trying to open email via email client like outlook, thunderbird stuffs like that ?
3. What is the error message are you getting when you try to access your email ?
Try to open your email from different computer, it seems your computer got virus blocking your internet explorer to open, or your internet explorer becomes corrupted.
