NVRAM= NON Volitatle Radom Access Memory. Need to have the firmware flashed and Mite also have the NVRAM replaced can not get on line secure Konica Minolta site. That Memory kkeps track copy count and certain machine info Serial Number etc.

reconnect again your fusing unit. then before you ON your machine you long press utility/counter then press the small circle black, then press trouble reset.off/on

No C5201 code on this machine. Could it be a C5102? If so then this means your main drive motor is not turning. Usually this is caused by something in the machine has locked up and is preventing the motor from turning. Sounds like you will need a service person to come out and have a look at it.

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.
