Changed battery and the same result turns out
Actually when you want to switch on your phone, but it's not turned on,but when you charge the phone, the battery indicator goes up, it just mean one thing : YOUR ON-OFF SWITCH is broken!!
so how to replace this on off button? well, if you can, open the casing of your phone. you'll see the real on-off switch below the usual on-off button we have on the casing. press it. Good luck ^^
Btw if you have no luck pressing the real on-off switch, replace it, bring it to technician. It shouldn't cost you more than 10usd if you told them to problem (if you didn't tell them, they'll say, oh your IC got broken, oh your phone will cost much on the fixing, oh this oh that, they'll **** your money..). Just said, hey, my on-off switch got broken, please fix it.
You can get my head cut-off if I' wrong.. haha, I'm pretty sure that's the problem.. well there's a little case of broken circuit that might cost you much more, but shouldn't be more than 20usd too ^^ Good luck

Try this:
Take your SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.

ur phone firmware is corrupted try to give it a flash
to perform that u need a very expensive tools so the better way is to give it to a trused phone repairshop and tell him i want to flash my phone

an almost new nokia n70 will not turn on. tried to remove sim card and fully charged battery but still did'nt turn on.
My son is experiencing the same problem with his Nokia N70 Music edition (black one). We have tried charging the battery completlely. We purchased a new battery as well, charging that one completely also. The same thing happens on both, it will only light up when plugged into charger, shows Nokia open screen and that its charging and then thats all, nothing happens after that and if unplugged does nothing at all.

Ok so my enV wont turn on and it's fully charged sometimes it would work if i put in the charger and then real quick took it out then pressed the PWR button it would turn on now it just wont turn on
