I think do not understood the steps. I followed the steps but it do not work.

>hold the *#60# imei pop up then press *#123003#123123**003

enter: 0010101098113 then press the ##2002002 it will ask you for
subsidy password: enter: 21002100 then your network ID: enter: 21007892
then it will unlock automatically, then your cell will restart, then
you unlocked.

Subsidy code is unquie for different cell phones and above instruction will work for only one phone.
and probably its poster's phone.
You should have your unique subsidy code to unlock your phone.
you can buy this code on the net.
you may try following site.

The term Subsidy Password is used by Motorola to refer to the 8-digit (or 16-digit code for newer phones such as the Motorola K1) unlock code necessary to remove the operator lock (also known as subsidy lock) from Motorola cell phones
