Its not really a question of hardrive space. Its of RAM and graphics card memory. Your computer has 3 gigs of ram and the game requires one however if you have other things running while your playing they will also take up ram and when all the ram is being used the computer will run slowly. Try not to have anything running while you play the game and see if that helps.

If its still slow it could be because of video memory. Try to play in low graphics detail which will make it easier for the computer to "process"
