Hi i have just brought a mini harley 49cc bike
in red and black and dont have all the light the kill switch wire has been cut and on the brake leves not the brake wires have been cut for the lights or something there is no battrey on it ent got a key
how could i get it started

Does it have gas? just kidding. Even experienced mechanics forget that one. It may not be getting gas into the engine though. I use an old trick, disconnect the air box boot from the carb, cup the carb inlet with my hand, which is called a hand choke, and turn the engine over while hand choking. Your hand should get wet with gas. Remove your hand after a couple of seconds or so, it may start, or try. If not hit, pull the plug and lay it on a good ground on the engine, do not touch while cranking over the engine to check for spark. These are two of the basic requirements of an engine.

if it has a kill switch make sure it is on, check that you are getting spark at the plug and have the right fuel in the motor.
Remove the air filter from the carbi and squirt some 2 stroke fuel directly into the throat of the carbi and try to start it.

Since this is covered under warranty do NOT attempt any repairs, if you tamper with the engine in any way you will void the warranty. Return it to the company that sold it to you for repair. Based on what you say you most likely have a fuel delivery problem, it is to rich, that means the engine is getting to much fuel, this causes the engine to flood out, the other possibility is the engine has poor compression.
