Hello. Try removing all sheets of paper from the printer. Make sure to check in the feeder by peeking inside it. Clear any foreign objects. Open the printer cover, and remove the cartridges. Clear any foreign objects around the cartridge carrier. Close the printer cover without the cartridges. Unplug the printer from the power outlet. Plug the power back after 10-15 seconds. It should power on automatically. When printer asks for the cartridges, load them back in. Close the cover down. Printer will print an alignment page. Just let it finish print the page. When there's no more error, try to make a copy or print from the computer to check. Hope this helps.
Leading
cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the
paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:
1. Remove
the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2. Grab a
flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
3. If
you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any
debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
4. If
feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover
and remove the cartridges.
5. Check
the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path
or the paper path.
6. If
cartridge area is clear, close the cover.
7. Rebrick
(pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the
back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).
8. When the
printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print
again.
