Check the fan switch in the dash and the fan motor connector for burning, if u find burned connectors replace them and the heater blower switch.

Heater fan just quit working

Someone will need to check for voltage and ground at the motor. Could be a bad motor, resistor, relay, switch, or fuse.

Heater fan stopped working

The fan will not quit completely if it is the resister, Did you check if a fuse is Blowin? Or the relay is defective, The blower motor could be shot , They don,t last for ever,. If resister is bad one of the speeds for the fan mostly quits working,

The heater fan motor quit on my 2002 Ford F-150 Super Cab and I can't find a fuse for it. How do I repair it?

Owners manual lists the fuses as :
Engine compartment fuse # 105, 40A
- This is the power to the blower motor relay to drive the blower.

Cab Fuse Panel, Fuse #22, 10A. This is the power to the switch in the HVAC panel.
- This fuse through the switch to operate the relay coil on the blower motor relay.

The other thing to check is the blower motor resistor, to see if there is any damage to it ( usually this is the blower only works on high )
This is behind the glove box

Heater Fan

Hello! Answer below was given to a similar problem.
"The unit is located under the dash mostly on the passanger side. You might have stripped the fan from the motor...does it run at all? can you hear it but no air comming out?
You might wanna get a repair book and look up where the relay's for the fan and motor are located."
Good luck!
