Tv with my toshiba 32 inch wide screen, model 82zd26b. got yellow shade on left hand side of screen and a blue shade on right hand side. is this proplems with the tube. had tv 4 years and had a new tube fitted in the first year. The whole screen has a yellow hue to it. It is not he signal coming into the house. I checked this with my DVD player. Other TVs in the house are fine.

The problem with your unit is that when your tube was replaced, it was not degaussed or demagnitized. The purpose of such is to distribute the color evenly unto the entire television matrix.
You can try to demagnetized it by rotating a magnet around the surface( but not so near) of the picture tube while it is operating.

Also, please check for the degaussing coil around the rear portion of the tube was returned and also check for loose contacts.
