you probably don't need a new screen it's probably your screen inverter that's going. It's just a small strip at the bottom of the screen wjth a little circuit board. If you google screen inverter and the make and model of your laptop you'll see what I mean.

If really the screen is damaged (not not just the covering glass), you most probably won't be able to get a new screen. Maybe buying some other TV of the same model... Otherwise only service can order the screen and replace it.. But screens are the most expensive part of LCD TV, so it probably won't be good option.
In any way, get the TV to the service for look and price estimation. Then decide if you want to repair it or buy a new model.

Best of luck finding a replacement screen. Typically the screen is what get damaged and finding an exact model with some other issue is your only hope, that and finding someone to ship it to you as in most cases it's only local pickup. I think you'll find a replacement lcd (new) cost is way more than buying a new set. Best of luck.

Toshiba or any Toshiba parts distributor. Do a goole search. The outer is called the Lenticular screen and the inner is the fresnal screen. Not hard to change.

If the convergence controls don't fix the issue then the convergence circuitry is most likely faulty. A Toshiba repair center will be able to get you an estimate for repair.
