Typically changing internet providers should not disable your printer. It's remotely possible that if software was installed to accommodate the new internet provider, the printer driver could have been changed or deleted. I would try reloading the drivers for the printer just in case. If you don't have a disk for the printer you can get the drivers at HP's website. Here's a link to a site that has the drivers. This is a long shot but easy enough to try. Good luck!
