We have Model V3 Motorola cell phones and are unable to transfer photos taken with the phones to our PC using Motorola Phone Tools Ver. 3.28 software and the USB data cable purchased from AT&T to interconnect the cell phone to the PC. Initial indications when connecting according to the prompts are that the phone model can't be recognized. There is a picture of a cell phone that eventually comes up, but that doesn't seem to help either.
