I am looking for the BVRP Fax Software for a Dell™ A920.I am not able to locate the Dell Cd that came with the printer..If someone can help me find, I will appreciate that..

2 Open the Dell Printer Solution Center on the computer. Click "Start," located in the bottom left corner of your computer. Select "Programs" from the menu displayed. Click "Dell printers." Click "Dell AIO Printer A920" and then click "Dell Printer Solution Center" to open the Dell Printer Solution Center.
3 Click on the "Maintenance" tab and select the option that says, "Clean to fix horizontal streaks."
4 Click "Print." This will print a nozzle print page, which forces ink through all of the nozzles to clean and unclog them.
5 Print a regular document again to see if the print quality has improved. Repeat the cycle up to two more times to improve printing quality.
Hope this can help you - it actually is a Lexmark printer driver. I had to have an expert come in and fix my printer when a virus deleted my printer. We couldn't reinstall it to save our lives - try the Dell site, they should have downloadable driver for this.
The FaxTools software is on the A920 Series InstallationCD. During installation of the printer driver, you will be askedwhether you want to install it. If you choose to cancel this optionduring the installation process, you can install the softwareseparately as follows:
Insert the A920 Installation CD into the CD-ROM drive.
When the Install Software screen appears, click Cancel.
Right click on the Start button and select Explore.
Click on the plus sign (+) beside My Computer .
Click on the plus sign (+) beside the A920 CD.
Double-click on the FAX folder.
Double-click on the relevant language folder on the right-hand side.
Double-click on the Setup executable. (Note: The correct setup icon is the one with two white arrows on a grey foreground.)
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Use the above link, go to 'download & options' (grey on top of box), download the driver to your desk, or someplace easy to find then double click that file & it will install the driver & you'll be all set. Download the driver software from this website:

Then plug in your printer into your computer. When the 'Found New Hardware' wizard pops up, cancel it. Then run the driver software that you downloaded and that should install your printer for use.
