may be laser unit problem

Iunplugged the machine for a minute then plugged it back in. Unfortunately, whatever faxes were waiting to be printed were gone and so was the activity log. But it works now.

Do you have to dial a code for long distance access?

Scroll through the menus and select CONFIRMATION

sounds like the faxes are stuck in memory
look in the Troubleshooting section of the manual

Go into the menu & select fax. Using the forward arrow go to fax, then set up reports, then transmission. that is the area where you turn on the confirmation page to print.
