Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700 Smartphone
All you need to do is sync your blackberry with your blackberry desktop manager and run the application loader. Unfortunatly you will lose all data on the phone because you will be re-installing the software. If this doesnt resolve the issue then, this is a device issue. You will need to contact your service provider for replacement options.

To fix that error, download Blackberry Desktop then connect your phone to computer. In BB Desktop manager select Device Software Update and wait till your software will be updated. You`ll need an active internet connection and pacience. No setting or data from the phone will be lost if the update will be succesful.

I Guess Its JVM not JUMP. JVM 102 error means that a .cod file on your phone seems to be corrupt.
