Hi, I've the same issue: I lost my CD. From the Panasonic site you cannot download the full version, jut upgrades. That's why that version do not install.

ATI should give you the software in a zipped file as a free download. If they do, then save it to your desktop, and later, when you go to install it, unzip it to a file. It should install. Just choose the support and download section on the ATI site.
