    I have a T-4800 model, also in need of a manual. You could try Salton US at 1-800-233-9054. They handle all the electric appliances for Farberware.

    I have recently acquired a Faberware Convection/Broiler Over, Turbo Oven model T4800. I would like to have an owner's manual for this appliance. I thought I would be able to download one online but could not. Please inform me on how a may get one.

I have two tubo ovens. Would anyone know if they are all supposed to "ding" or "ring" when the timer goes off. My one does. Bought both used at a thrift store diff times

The only thing you have to know is that pork and chicken cook at 325. Any baked goods with leavening in it cooks at 75 degrees less than what the recipes calls for but no lower than 275.
