The outfit that provided the phone has the unlock code. If your account is in good standing there should be no problem in you getting the code.

it would be hard to really explain these procedures to you so it is best to take the headset to a mobile store and have them pair them for you.

Open phone then with camera lens facing you squeeze area between camera

lens and vol up/down buttons.  This reseats the ribbon cable located under

the cover.  It becomes loose with all the opening and closing of the phone.
