Seating configurations are on the baby jogger website and yes you can use 2 both parent facing tried to upload a pic but it wouldn't let me

Being different manufacturers, it is very unlikely an adapter is available. Think Toyota engine parts being used on a Nissan.

It's hard to describe with words. I would suggest you to watch video reviews on how you can attach your car seat. Peg Perego car seat is only compatible with peg perego strollers.
It is not clear from your very laconic question what you really need.

If you need to install a peg perego car seat on a peg perego stroller, then just look into the manual, OR, if you don't have one, search for it online.
In case you need to install a peg perego car seat onto any other stroller, I doubt a lot, it is possbile...
I am in an opposite situation.
I have got a peg perego stroller, but another type of the infant seat. After long searched online, we understood that once you buy a stroller, you almost always have to buy a car seat from the same company, or you won't be able to use it as a travel system (which is exactly how we are going to deal with the situation)

Hi, I figured I would post the outcome since I was searching for resolutions. I called Peg Perego. The piece that is cracked on my Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP Infant Car Seat is the top of the center section of the headrest. The representative said it can be replaced with a new headrest piece for $32.99 (including shipping). The new piece does not have stryofoam though. It's just a heavier material (almost pillow-like). The representative that I spoke to, however, said that if the styrofoam was a clean break (meaning not in a whole bunch of pieces) it's still safe to keep it together under the cover and use the car seat as normal. Apparently, that's not what's really protecting the baby anyway. To be honest, I don't even think that I broke the styrofoam while taking the cover off, I think it was broken beforehand probably by just use and the weight of the baby. I will get some styrofoam glue and duct tape and just secure it, and put my sparkly clean cover back over top of it. I think it's fine for use. you should be able to turn them how you want then lower the lver the way you want them to lock hop it helps
