Increasing squeaking while car is in motion. Not when applying the brakes tho. Sounds like left front wheel. Could it be a wheel seal?

Brake pads worn indicators are doing there job and letting you know that the brake pads are going to need to be replaced soon. You may have another 500 miles before you really need to get the brake pads replaced. Good luck and don't wait to long that you end up replacing the rotors too.

Front end rattle that goes away when brakes applied

the squeaking sounds like a wheel bearing going bad. And the pulling to one side is cause by unequal braking pressure caused by plugged rubber brake hose, bad calipers or wheel cylinders. Check the bearings by lifting the car with a jack, block the wheels, and use a jack stand for safety. now wiggle the tire around. If it has any play, the bearing is bad. Replace it. I would replace your brakes as well. Good luck

I have a 2003 4runner with 102400 miles. It has started to have a squeak somewhere. Sounds like it is on the drivers side. I changed the front brakes and rotors about 10000 miles ago. How does a person...

The rear brakes last a long time since 80% of braking is on the front wheels. This helps keep the car in a straight line in hard braking where the front wheel lock up. The rear wheels keep rolling to keep the car in a straight line much like a fin on a rocket keep its path straight through the air. If you have never changed the rear brakes then it is time to check it. The squeak is caused by a device mounted is such a way so that it touches the brake disk when the pad wears to a certain point. Letting you know it is time for a new pad.

Front end squeaking possible rotor rubbing something.

Have you checked the metal clips that olds the brake pads in the front galiper bracket. They usualy rust, break loose and come in contact whit the disc, creating a squeaking noise. Those should be replace since they are needed for the brakes to work properly
