I just bought a Lexmark X4530 wireless printer. I tried to print something but it only completed 55% of the project then stopped. Now I can't get it to print any thing. How do I fix the problem?

Hi,
try this one. First, make sure there is no print job stuck in the queue. Then, go to start menu > run > type services.msc. make sure that lx?? device and the print spooler are enabled or you can restart both. Hope that helps.

If you have the Lexmark software installed, you should be able to select the print quality through that most packages offer a choice of print density (dot per inch) and/or 'Draft,' 'Normal,' 'High' qualities whereby you can trade off quality for economy.
Variations in paper quality can also have a huge influence on the contrast and color saturation.
download the installation software from lexmark. You will need to connect it to the computer via a USB cable to run the setup. Just follow the prompts and it will set up the printer on your wireless network. You will run this same software on each additional computer that you want to print to this printer.
This happens from time to time. I have bought new 22 & 23 cartridges for my Lex. x3350 before with "flawed" contacts. Either return it for refund or buy a new one. Thw next working one you get, try re filling it. I get mine refilled at Walgreens. Cost for me in Texas is $10 for black and 15 for color. I refill them 4 times before I replace with new. Saved me a ton of money.
