Open the left metal panel, if the white plastic tank is black at the bottom or is not clean: remove it, open it, clean it (make sure the water flows through properly) and put it back in.

Are error codes standard for the same brand/ different models ? Are they standard between brands ? I have a AEG dishwasher model favorit 50879 sensorlogic that gives an error code.

Some companies share generic codes like 'Lw', for low water level or 'DL' for Door Lock. This might help, there are other sites when Googling 'make model error codes'.

Why my AEG F55080vi stops after drain cycle (program beginning) and then it stops and I hear 2 beeps and 2 flash continuously?

Definitely, water drain time-out. Error code i20.
The pressure switch doesn't return to EMPTY (1-2) after two drain phases lasting 120 seconds.
Possible causes:
Drain circuit obstructed/blocked; drain pump
interrupted or jammed (foreign bodies); level
pressure switch blocked on FULL (1-3); hydraulic
circuit of pressure switch obstructed; wiring faulty;
circuit board faulty.

Thanks to your detailed description of failure I conclude that in drain phase (after starts drain pump) leaks water and causing a short circuit. I would thoroughly reviewed drain hydraulic circuit. If is alarm displayed and there is no water inside dishwasher then check heater and anti-interference suppressor.

I have an AEG Favorit Sensorlogic Turbodry and it wony start. You switch it on and the onlycycle button that lets you press it is AUTO but it does nothing and then after a couple of minutes it just starts...

could be the drain pump thats blocked /jammed or faulty. the first 2mins the pump is energised if it does not run the electronics sense this and cancel the prog. Also similar if no water supply or if water valve faulty after 5mins. Dont think it will be aqua flood control as pump would run and alarm sound instantly. more mysterious problems can be heater down to earth. and lastly the electronics itself.check the others first though.

Our AEG Favorit Sensorlogic dishwasher has had no power to it

Open the lower front panel and locate where the water inlet hose is connected. Shut the water off under the sink, disconnect the hose at the water inlet solenoid, then put the loose end into a bowl or pan and turn the under-sink valve on slowly. Do you get water flowing from the hose? If so, then check the solenoid water inlet valve for damage. If the coil is ok, the valve part may be stuck closed. It should make a firm 'click' when the timer is set to start the machine (leave the hose loose). If it doesn't click, the coil may be bad, the valve may be stuck, or the timer is not sending 115 volts to the solenoid. Try a new valve first. If still no click, you may need the professional service. Good luck!

My AEG dishwasher - Favorit no. 60870 sensorlogic - is making a strange noise when on - what should I do?

I don't have the answer - but mine has been doing this too. There's now a metalic/electical smell that has me worried so I've resorted to a basin of water and fairy liquid! Did you solve your problem?
