Esta es un error especifica a IBM, me imagino es lo que tiene. Tiene que actualizar(update) el bios. Si va a la siguiente sitio, puede escoger su modelo y bajar el bios. Debe ver instrucciones como installar lo. Espero que esta le ayuda.

creo que es unichrome pro, debes escoger muy bien las opciones, para que salga la que necesitas, mira las fechas y escoje la mas reciente, yo tenia el driver en mi pc pero hace poco lo borre, como ya no lo necesitaba.
ojo, le das a la opcion drivers, aparece arriba bien pequeño, luego te sale tipo de sistema operativo, escoges el tuyo, luego te sale otra pantalla, sigue los pasos, ve escogiendo tus opciones. es facil
