When my daughter plays just dance the wii just freezes how can we solve this

You could try wiping all pairings of the remotes and then repair them, that should solve the problem. To do this just hold the red button under the flap of the wii for at least 30 seconds. Then simply let go of it then press it once and press the red key under the battery compartment of the wii controller to pair them again

To successfully do the freeze arrow, you have to step and keep your foot on that arrow until you get an OK judgment. You will fail the freeze arrow if you take your foot off too early.

Check your disk to make sure it dosnt have any scratches and if it dosnt, take off the front and make sure there is no gunk in the disk drive.

If the arrows that are slightly on top of each other green, those are freeze arrows. You can get rid of them by turning them off in Options after selecting the mode.
If they're not green, it might be a workout step (not 100% sure). You can turn workout steps off in Options after choosing Workout Mode.
If the arrows appear slightly on top of each other despite configuring the options above, it's probably just natural in the game.

check if the disk is badly scratched if it is go to blockbuster and ask them to clean disk or clean wiv toothpaste

Always start by checking if the disc is dirty. Do other games freeze? Finally, you should be able to exchange the game for the same game.
