I have a Nordic Track exp 2000I and the consol lights up but none of the buttons work. I know that the motor is good but the PWM light on the power switch does not light up. If the consol lights up and is recieving power can it still be bad and if so can it be fixed without buying a new one?
If the console lights up but the buttons don't work, then unfortunately it's probably the console and they're not repairable that I know of. You may want to check the wiring harness and the connections at the console and at the controller under the motor hood. Pull them apart and check for bent pins. If they look good, the console is most likely bad.
My Apex 4100i treadmill will not decline. It will incline but not decline. The display goes back down to 00 height, but the motor doesn't go down. All else works good. Any suggestions?
