The video card is a joke, strictly for office use. Get a GTS 250 , it's an very upgraded form of 9600GT. 8800GT is far too old and weak for newer games.

What type of dual core processor can I use for my dc7600?

The motherboard for the dc7600 has an Intel LGA775 processor socket. However, not all LGA775 processors are compatible with the motherboard. For the small form factor, the following CPUs are supported: Intel Celeron D Processors:
Intel Celeron D 331 Processor (2.66-GHz, 256K L2 cache, 533-MHz FSB) , Intel Celeron D 336 Processor (2.80-GHz, 256K L2 cache, 533-MHz FSB) , Intel Celeron D 346 Processor (3.06-GHz, 256K L2 cache, 533-MHz FSB)
Intel Pentium 4 Processors with HT Technology:
Intel Pentium 4 521 Processor (2.8-GHz, 1-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB) , Intel Pentium 4 524 Processor (3.06-GHz, 1-MB L2 cache, 533-MHz FSB) , Intel Pentium 4 541 Processor (3.2-GHz, 1-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 620 Processor (2.8-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 630 Processor (3.0-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 631 Processor (3.0-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 640 Processor (3.2-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 641 Processor (3.2-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 650 Processor (3.4-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 651 Processor (3.4-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium 4 661 Processor (3.6-GHz, 2-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB) or
Intel Pentium D Dual Core Processors:
Intel Pentium D 805 Dual Core Processor (2.66-GHz, 2x1MB L2 cache, 533-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 820 Dual Core Processor (2.8-GHz, 2x1MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 915 Dual Core Processor (2.8-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 925 Dual Core Processor (3.0-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 930 Dual Core Processor (3.0-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 940 Dual Core Processor (3.2-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 945 Dual Core Processor (3.4-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB), Intel Pentium D 950 Dual Core Processor (3.4-GHz, 2x2MB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB)

Unfortunately, these are old processors and I don't see any available new. Newegg.com lists a couple available as refurbished. You may be better off getting a new computer with either a Intel I3 or current AMD processor.

I wish that I had better news for you.

Intel core 2 quad q8300 EXTREME TEMPS

First off....alwys, always apply a very thin film of thermal grease to the cooler and Proc. This grease is designed to fill in the microscopic grooves and holes in the material. Do not glob it on thick, it doesn't work that way.
Case design has something to do with cooling but you are experiencing higher than normal stock temps, the more fans the better, you want some pushing air in the front and pulling it out the back, a good flow across all the hardware is essential. Installing a good processor cooler may require you to remove the motherboard so you can get to the back of the board to mount the cooler retainer plate, but there are other coolers that do not require this. If it were up to me, I would deffinately take the time and remove the motherboard and do this right. You need to get those temps down. I personally like this one....

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118003

Not too expensive and does a great job for the LGA775 socket.

For cases...I always use HAF932s...they have everything that is needed and are tool less.

Gts 250 and psu problems

The dual 6 pin, I believe, is used so you can take power from the power supply and pass the connection back where it was taken from with a jumper. The card should need only one connection for power (But it IS needed)
Power supply is vital for a computer. From your description I would not get less than 600watt. The power supply should be rated at least 125% of what you need worst case.

My card XFX Nvidia 8600GT DDR3 256MB was working fine, recently it started to get heated up very quickly & burning like anything, now it wont even let my pc boot, i removed it & my pc boots up fine...

There is no need to go for another card just keep you pc well ventilated. and try to install some cooling fans in it. but if you want real cooling solutions then just purchase a coolermaster gpu coolers from the shops and i tell in the whole world that, they are the best company in producing CPU and GPU Coolers.
