I change The IP to 192.168.1.102. and if I connect
I change The IP to 192.168.1.102.on DWL 2100 and if I connect to Router( TP-Link 8440T ip 192.168.1.1) , with any Lap top ( wireless)can go to Internet through.,but i can't access the D-linktrough LAN or wireless ( to go and change settings.Also, AP manager say " don't see any device". ping works. After reset, say that the name of it is DEFAULT ( only seen through wireless)

After resetting, go to the connection icon in the task bar > status > properties, then under TCP/IP properties select Use the following IP and use the following:
have you got two dhcp servers running ?
turn off dhcp server in wireless router
and use the one in the Thomson TWG850-4 Residential Voice Gateway.
make sure ip address in wireless router is different to the Thomson TWG850-4 Residential Voice Gateway. make it one higher on last digit of ip address
make sure dhcp does not lease out this ip address.
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then configure wan settings and lan settings enable wireless if you want to use wifi If you are still not able to access with above ip then press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults then you can access it with above ip . in your case, you only need to change the range expander's IP address from 192.168.0.30 to 192.168.1.30
to do this, you need to connect a computer's LAN cable directly to the range expander's LAN port. when both devices are powered ON, then access the initial IP address http://192.168.0.30
when you are in the web interface, click the LAN button and enter the suggested ip under the IP text box: 192.168.1.30 see figure below.
when you already set the IP, click on APPLY. then you are good to go. You can then connect the router, then connect the range expander to one of the router's port, then computers.
Open router site by giving IP. http://192.168.1.1 in your Browser
Config. your router from setup the enable network router will attain gateway IP Auto. Save the changes. your internet will be connected.
192.168.0.50 is the default address for your router, if router was boxed and new, this should be the router IP.
The router configuration must be done using a cable connection, cannot be done using wireless.
If you want to reset the router you can hold pressed the pinhole reset switch until the unit will restart, about ten seconds, this will reset IP to 192.168.0.50 . If router is irresponsive after reset and ethernet cable is tested and fine , then the router may be faulty. You can call the phone number listed on the router manual to get online assistance.
If the router was not new, but had been re-programmed , the default IP may have been changed manually by the user, in this case do the following to find out the IP.
Click start button
Locate and use Run command
In the Run box type CMD, this will open command prompt.
in command prompt type: ipconfig /all
THe router Ip will be listed as 'Default Gateway'...192.168.......
You can also find IP by rightclicking on network connection, in Windows and choosing Status. ClThen clicking Support tab, and finding the default gateway IP address.
be sure to check every point on this TIP to connect to "prescribed site" (I assume the default router IP address 192.168.0.1) you must be on same subnet and connect using a cable to router.
