Ebay phone wont charge

Ok so i got this phone off of ebay a v8500 chocolate(green) and i was wonering if a usb charger was suposed to charge ur phone? it didnt come with a charger i had a voyager-horrible phone. but seems to be the same type of charger only have the usb charger for it though so wrong charger phone or what is it?

While holding phone upright in you hand look on the side in the lower left corner - open the "tab" This is where you charge the phone with both a wall outlet & a car charger.

First Option:
mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So

Second Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

My phone wont turn on or charge even tho i charged it all night

It sounds like you need to replace your battery. But first, if you're using a home charger, try charging the phone with a car charger (or vice versa). If the problem is not with your charger, then replace your battery.

When you get your new battery:
1) Make sure you are using the proper charger for your phone (not one of the cheep $5 kind), and
2) charge your battery for at least 12 hours before you use it for the first time.

My phone is not charging. when the charger is connected it shows the battery icon blinking as while on charging. but it is not charging & the battery was also OK .

may be ur charger connector is usb supported. then may be ur charger or charger cable damaged. plz change it. or ur charger ic has damaged for short circit..
