My LG chocolate touch 8575 touch screen is frozen and will not let me do anything. How can I do a master reset?

1. Tap the Menu Icon on the main screen
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Phone Settings.
4. Tap Security.
5. Enter the Phone Lock Code (default is the last 4 of the phone number).
6. Tap Reset Default.
7. Tap OK.
8. To confirm, tap Revert.

If it's a verizon phone I would just take it into the retail store and ask them to reset the phone.

umm yeah i have the same phone as you, and my phone does the exact same thing. Except now the screen isnt working at all. I know this is weird sounding, but when my screen doesnt work, i always just dropped it and then it would go back to normal. Of course i have a phone cover on mine so it wont break or anything and i only drop it from a small height, nothin to big. I hope this helps, but i would not recomend this if your phone doesnt have a cover.
