    hello,

    Can someone help please...I have canon mp390 series....when i print, the color ink come out ok, but the black ink don't come out...I try everything already...

Change the cartridge message. I changed both black & color but still the same message would appear. I can NOT make any maintenance ( cleaning the nozzle,....)

There's a great solution that worked for me if you can find it - in Canon troubleshooting and support - 3rd set "Black not printing" - Solution no. 3 posted Jun 08 2007. It fixed my problem using only a straw. Hope this helps.

The carriage the cartridges have probably been jammed into place during the move. I would suggest a trip to the local repair shop; however, you can try to manually free the carriage. Be warned consumer printers have a lot of plastic in them and you run the risk of doing more damage this way.
