After installing the new yahoo I can't open any of my mail with attachments. What can I do to correct this?

Sign out of Yahoo and clear your cache.

Try using a different browser to correct the issue. There are many different browsers out there, but I'd suggest Google Chrome.

Found a free site that informed me that Yahoo's new Yahoo Mail has a problem with downloads. Solution: to back to an earlier version. It worked.

Part of the problem might be that you don't have the correct program installed on your computer to open the attachments. Here is an example. If you do a document in Microsoft Word and then send it to me. If I don't have Microsoft Word installed on my computer then I won't be able to open it. Check with the people that send you the attachments and ask them what program they use to open or produce them. If you don't have them installed then that is your problem. try to create another yahoo mail account and try to access it... compare it... see if you are successfully able to log in to your new inbox, if not then your computer needs a doc.
